We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@rapidairpumps.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Pack the item securely and drop it off at any UPS location.
Note: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we’ll cover 100% of the return shipping. For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned after 30 days
Final sale or clearance products (if marked as such)
Exchanges:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
